Changes & Cancellation Policy
At El's & Ease, I aim to offer a calm, reliable massage therapy service. To keep things fair for all clients and to respect my time, the following policy applies to all bookings.
Cancellations & Changes
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
- Changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in your deposit being retained.
- If you do not attend your appointment (no-show), your deposit will be retained in full.
Deposits
- A deposit will be required to secure your appointment.
- Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment when you attend your appointment.
- If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend, your deposit may be retained to cover the missed session.
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so that I can stay on time for other clients.
- The full fee may still apply for late arrivals.
Exceptions
I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. In exceptional circumstances, I may use my discretion to waive part or all of the fee or deposit retention.
By booking an appointment with El's & Ease, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Changes Due to Health or Safety
In some cases, massage may not be suitable or may need to be adapted. This can be due to certain health conditions, injuries, or other massage contraindications.
If, based on your health information or anything discussed before or during your appointment, I decide that it is not safe to continue as planned, your appointment may be altered, postponed, or cancelled.
If I need to cancel your appointment for these health or safety reasons, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Inappropriate Behaviour
Any inappropriate behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated. If this occurs, your appointment will be cancelled immediately and your deposit will be retained.
